Untruthful Rejected return

I returned a washing line that came in faulty and now their assessment evaluation says I damaged it whereas I haven't it used for anything I only assembled it carefully same day I put on a return now feedback is rejecting. They package the faulty stuff and now they blame me for it being faulty it is a disappointment I will unsubscribe from their takealot more service and have account deleted I am done. They don't value customers and not competent.
