I ordered on the 27 November 2022. To date, l still have not received my order. No one is prepared to help. I even asked if they can tell me where my parcel is, l will go and fetch it myself, but no they refused. I dont know what to do now. One moment they say they came to deliver and l wasn't at home, and the next moment they say they can't deliver because of insufficient delivery details, so the question is, how do they know l wasn't at home if they have insufficient delivery details. I don't know what kind of games are being played here. Right now l feel like lam begging Takealot to give me my parcel that l paid for. Am l being ****med or this is how customers are treated. Everyone that has ever pretended to help does nothing except sending me those automated emails. I do not want anymore emails nor sms's, I want my parcel, what nonsense is this? 😡😡😡😡😡😡
