Absolutely shameful ,paid extra on the 14th May 2020 to have a parcel delivered on the 16th May. They sent an sms and update on the app the parcel is guaranteed delivery of Saturday 16th May before 14.30. at 16.30 the app updates with incorrect scheduling, this morning 17th May I receive a sms that says parcel is scheduled for delivery on monday the 18th. There is no way to contact them, no contact from them either. We pay extra for delivery because we need it on that day, no later otherwise i would have opted for free delivery for Monday. The parcel is at Morehill and has been there since the 15th...it should be delivered to Crystal Park, 5min drive from there. Definitely closing my account with you after you REFUND ME, so i can go to a store and buy the product.
