I am appalled by the lies of takealot drivers. This is the second time they lie about collecting or delivering a parcel. Recently my items were supposed to be delivered on the 20th and no one said a word. I received a message on the 21st confirming that my delivery was rescheduled as they did not find anyone. Lies lies and more lies, they never came to my house or even contacted me to let me know that they are outside. I was home the entire day. Oh have waited for so long for these items and this is the ******* that I have to accept. Please keep your items and refund me immediately.
