We placed a guaranteed express order for gifts which were meant to arrive today. Looked now on our profile and it shows that the delivery was made and signed for even though we or anyone one our behalf hasn't accepted the same as indicated by Takelot. How would a delivery have been made without making sure of the identity of the person receiving the parcels or how can the courier mark it as complete when we haven't received anything? Now we are sitting without our gifts when we thought at least a company worth a reputation like Takelot would be reputable, but alas, here we are in this situation. Be aware.
