I ordered a Cielo patio set on the 22nd of May, funds cleared 24 May. Expected delivery was 5 June. Tracker shows delivered, but to an unknown address! Tried contacting Takealot and eventually receved email corespondence. They keep telling me they will escalate the matter with Fast and Furious (courier company used) but still heard nothing back. Demanded a refund, but then received an email that refund cannot happen and courier informed them that set was delivered! You cannot reach anybody by ohone and they seem to refuse to undersstand my dilema. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Takealot.com again. Legal case to be opened on Monday, 22 June.
