I have had my Takealot account from 2016 to date, never have I been so disappointed, by what is supposed to be a trusted organization with trusted contractors under their brand. When one buys a new product, they do so out of need. I saved for months to buy an ecoflow because of the state of loashedding in our country. TrueTech had an unbeatable sale on their ecoflow on the 1st of February I placed an order for the EcoFlow DELTA MAX 2016Wh Portable Power Station - Black. delivery date was initially the 8th. I did not mind the wait. On the 7th I track my order, delivery date moved to the 9th of February. Concerned as I was I sent an enquiry to takealot though get in touch. Received no response. I started getting upsent so that night I checked again, and the date had now moved to the 12th of February. I immediately cancelled my order because all this was unsettling. Surprisingly that morning the order was shipped, and the same morning order was delivered. Shocked, excited I forgot about cancelations, and I was ready to use the product. Unboxed my new long waited for eco flow and boom the product is faulty : (
