Be very careful returning anything to Takealot, they a dishonest company, that cannot deal with a query, I have sent countless mails, I might ad they do not have a call centre and every time you mail them it takes half the day to get back to you and then it's a different person so there is no follow up from previous mails. I have a email address that I no longer own which was initially set up with my account and when you try change your email address it says it sent it to my email, which I no longer own, so its a complete run around. cannot wait for Amazon to get here!!
