Untidy and damaged packaging

I have a grievous complaint about the Portable HD Car DVR Driving CCTV Video Recorder Dashboard Monitor Camera Cam that i bought, that its packaging was very unpleasant, the ink of the letters dyed the white box and made it look very untidy, furthermore the corner of the box was squashed as if a lot of pressure was placed on top of it at some point. This product is totally unacceptable due to its packaging, this is a birthday present and it looks like i bought it at a pawn shop or from a street vendor for next to nothing. Having worked in a warehousing and distribution environment, my best guess would be that this is a returned product, it's either that or pickers and dispatch clerks have little value for presentation and customer satisfaction. I cannot give this as a birthday present, I'm too embarrassed to give this product as a gift! I need this exchanged TODAY!!! I've sent a complaint to TAKEALOT two hours ago and no one has assisted me yet. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!! IT'S A BIRTHDAY GIFT...please don't make me regret buying birthday gifts from you.
