Unsubscribe does not work!

How does one stop Takealot from emailing you? I have clicked on Unsubscribe from all newsletters. I still get emails. I emailed to complain. I still get newsletters! I followed up. I still get newsletters. There should be a way that organisations get huge fines for paying lip service to the POPI that I could invoice for wasting my time!
