Unsolicited email marketing

After repeated requests via phone, email and on the Takealot website to unsubscribe to have my email address removed from all of Takelot's databases they still persist in sending me what now amounts to spam. In spite of assuring me that they have comp**** with my request it is glaringly apparent they have not. I receive almost daily spam from Takealot and have now had enough. I have reported them to IPSA and intend to circulate their details and the reason for my complaint as widely as possible through any and all channels available to me. This is a typical example of much that is wrong today with service levels in RSA.
