Unsatisfied support

<p>I try not to be difficult however sometimes it gets frustrating when you pay for something but you have allowed limited access to it. I have purchased ebooks from takealot and after explaining to them that the devices for some reason disappeared from my device they just keep on saying that I do not have enough tokens to download the books again. I personally feel it is unfair that they are quite willing to take your money to pay for the item but you only have certain amount of token to download the book. If I go buy a book at a store it is mine forever and a day, surely it should work the same. They did not even try to find a alternative way to help get the books pack. So now I have paid for something that I do not even have nor even read yet. Needles to say seems like the best option is to rather pay the extra and get the hard cover copy and have it instead ebook where it might disappear and they don't assist in getting it back. No help at all.</p>
