Unsatisfied Return

I have Purchase a Battery From Takealot received it not working tried to log a return , but unfortunately no satisfactory in customer service here the parcel number MRRN-T6KJM-VWD5 which is now almost dragging on for more then month PLease just give me my money back and then i will look for a different supplier
