Unsatisfied

I am very disappointed in Takealot for the bad and poor service provided.last year in dec l ordered a beats by Dre pill from them in black and l received the proper item a left and right speaker which was indeed correct then in June l ordered same thing on white but just then to receive an incorrect item with 1 speaker since then l logged in several emails to which they responded and said they would rectify and send the proper one but once again disappointment only 1 sent on top of that the lengthy period you wait,they still get it wrong and blame me as a customer saying that l don’t know what I’m talking about.l have even forwarded them images of the 2 speakers l got in dec but still they don’t get it.All I need from you guys is the correct item and very fast
