Unsatisfied Customer experience

I am extremely disappointed in my returned item I requested to be replaced without any success after only having it for less than 3 months. Takealot had stock but I bought this item on special and they refuse to replace it and instead automatically refunded me the amount. What takealot.com should have done is replaced the item because now I have to pay in a huge amount if I wish to have the same item - surely there should have been a guarantee on my instant pot vortex 4 in 1 air fryer - not even 3 months old. Shocking. How can one trust this service and its product offerings going forward?
