Unsatisfied customer

I recieved a voucher for R250 off when I spend R550, on friday the 25/11/22 I placed my order to then find out on Monday one item in my cart was canceled so I reached out to them to sort it out as it isn't fair they removed the item which I got with the voucher, all I was asked was for an order number and my other 2 items was delivered now and still the problem hasn't been sorted , I use to always order from takealot alot before I changed phones now I won't be using them again
