Unsatisfied Customer

I have been a loyal customer to takealot for years. I noticed that in the last few months the level of customer care and service has dropped tremendously and so will my purchases. I purchased some items in December as gifts and 1 of the items was not in the box. I reported this amd managed to get a refund however this was in the form of a voucher. I then used the voucher as a partial payment for a carpet i purchased which was of inferior quality so I had it returned. My account was partially credited amd I was provided with a voucher however the credit amount and the voucher equals less than the purchase price. I also expressed my dismay at having been refunded in vouchers with an expiry thereby forcing one to make another purchase when one should just be given a darn refund. I still don't have the full purchase price refunded and my emails are ignored.
