Unsatisfied customer

I am not even gonna give them a rating, this chairs are of bad quality. Within 3 months of use they were already broken and they couldn't exchange them for me. The 2 consultants that tried to help me were not so helpful. One of them made me hold for the manager for an hour whilst the other one promised that she will get the manager to contact me but never did. I am not happy at all.
