Unsatisfied client

I bought items more than 3 times in the past week, just 1 technical glitch that is not even properly explained on the website nowp no one os willing to help. Its okay when we are busy buying but resolving issues is not your problem.

I bought an item that the sizes are not properly explained on your website, wooow when I received it, the box has different sizes. All these information should be clearly indicated on your listing on the website otherwise this is misleading and treating customers unfairly by tricking them into buying something that does not match their needs. Its not our fault that you do not disclose full details on your sizes. Im not returning this item but requesting for an exchange, simply as that.

I would not be this unsatisfied had you disclosed all details of the item on your listing, otherwise I would have selected the right size that corresponds to whats indicated on the packaging itself. But you only find this when receiving the parcel. You are deceiving your customers and its not right. This needs to be taken up to the consumer tribunal.
