Unsatisfied

This is ridiculous. I placed an order with Takealot on the 26th of October and paid the same day. until today it say the item is out of stock but the delivery date to me says 09 November. I have emailed them and asked for an urgent answer as my package is very very urgent. it doesnt help they even have a help line coz you don't get any decent service. I have been ordering from Takealot with no problems but this is unacceptable.
