Unsatisfied

I ordered a package for over R1000 for iPad Pro accessories and when I received it all that was inside the package was a mask and a set of pens. I quickly returned it and I still only have a refund for one of the products I have ordered. They handled my complaints as if it was not their fault. I am unsatisfied with Takealot. All I want is my money back so I can order the products I want elsewhere.
