Unsatisfactory treatment from Take a lot driver

I have a complain about a Take a lot delivery driver that has a bad attitude. The driver's name is Rorisang Hlaabye based in the Pretoria North Branch, wonderboom junction. On 8 february 2022, the driver called me when I was on the road towards Silverlakes to say he was at my gate. I then told him that I am not at home, should be back around 2pm. I then asked him for an alternative delivery. His response was he has many deliveries and won't be able to deliver. My concern was that he should have called me prior delivery to check my availability but at that time he was having little concern for me and started giving answers with attitude. When I started raising my voice by reprimanding him about the attitude towards me he hung up the phone. I then drove to the Take a lot offices where he is stationed, I was told about his attitude towards other customers. My issue is that this guy is roaming around treating customers as filthy as he pleases.
