Unsatisfactory takelot return

I must mention that this is the first time I am experiencing this with Takealot. I think there must be a bad apple in their workforce. I placed an order for a stove and it was delivered damaged. As usual, I requested a replacement and checking the system I find that the return has been concluded. I dont have the raolcement stove and nobody tried to contact me about this return.
