Unsatisfactory Takealot Service

After several emails of explanation to Takealot they still have not collected the incorrect item and also did not deliver an item paid for, which they actually now owe me money. Cannot trace a number to speak to anybody regarding this and emails are not rep**** to. I ordered and item (x2). When received they were not the same items and after requesting them to pick up and replace they collected both and only delivered one item, thus one item still outstanding? Requested the return of the item delivered and no response. I am really feeling frustrated about the fact that I cannot speak to anybody regarding this matter!
