unsatisfactory service

I placed and order with the above on the 12/12/2019, arrived 18/12/19. the order sent one item was incorrect.called the above which took a lot of explaining ans they did not understand that the item sent was not the item received. it is now the 6Jan 2020 and I am still waiting for my credit to take place into my bank account . Promises , promises, promises. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY
