Unsatisfactory Service

I ordered a 5-piece car seat cover set and received faulty back seat covers with a manufacturing defect. The package also did not include a manual. I contacted support two weeks ago for assistance and requested cancellation of my delivery subscription. I have now been informed that the subscription was cancelled, but I am not eligible for a refund, despite not using any of the benefits. I am extremely disappointed with the time and effort I have spent trying to resolve this matter. I expect a replacement for the faulty seat covers and a refund for the unused subscription.
