Unsatisfactory service

I recently purchased an electric stove which I need exchanged for a gas one instead.I logged a return but the return was rejected even though the stove is in its original condition and unused.I have asked to be provided with a detailed explanation as to why the return was rejected as the product meets all the return criteria but I haven't received any feedback on the matter.
