Unsatisfactory

i bought a Lenovo Keyboard and Battery, i wrote back to the site, regarding review, stating that the keyboard is not fitting, and needed to know the way forward regarding, returning the item and getting refunded, now takealot is not honoring on their side, i being told that I took too long to return item, and now the battery that charged to 100%, now only charging to 60%, as the spares supp**** by takealot, is not accurate on the website, as my customers laptop model Lenovo G40, and according to the website, Lenovo G40- is G40-70 description given on the website, same for the battery I ordered Lenovo G40-70, battery fits perfectly, a few days later, its not charging to its capacity, i was in the testing phase, before handing the customers laptop if I was satisfied, with the result of the item/s I bought. im not happy in this regard.
