Unsatified client support from takealot online purchase app

Hi

Can you please assist me as I could select the cash on delivery option provided by take a lot online buying system.

I do not know who to contact and do not feel it is my responsibility to sort this out as I do not know who to go to. I cant keep on canceling my purchases for any transaction I do. I do not get the same deals if I cancel. Payfast and Ozwou is not allowing me to process a EFT payment. After waiting 1H30 at the enquiries section in STD bank they confirmed that my credentials are all correct and it is a payfast / Takealot problem.
