Unsafe product return

Ordered a steering wheel assist knob, used it for a few hours and it fell off the steering wheel, unsafe product. Logged a return and have been waiting for the conclusion. Just to read they are waiting for missing products. I returned what I recieved, I have a R1000 order in my cart, will not spend a cent with takealot because of thier service. Any respectable website has some form of live chat, takealot hides behind emails.
