Unsafe Delivery Experience and Unacceptable Service

What is the point of online shopping if customers are forced into unsafe and inconvenient situations?

I ordered a microwave and an air fryer and selected my home address for delivery because I value safety and convenience. However, the driver refused to deliver to my address, claiming it was not safe for him.

I was then instructed to collect my parcels from a different location, which I did not agree to. This completely defeats the purpose of online shopping.

When I explained that I could not carry large appliances from that location to my home, no alternative solution or assistance was provided.

To make matters worse, the driver arrived late, about 30 minutes after I had already been waiting, and it was already dark. He dropped my parcels at the Home Affairs gate and refused to bring them closer to my address. I felt unsafe in that situation.

The driver also had a very bad attitude and was shouting, which made the experience even more stressful and unprofessional. 😡
