Unruly employees at the Soweto Orlando Office

I'm a young guy from Soweto trying to assist the youth with employment opportunities in Soweto. Still, I'm faced with unruly employees who are frustrating us regarding the registration process, where we are not provided the appropriate information required, and I'm not sure if they are trying to solicit bribes regarding roadworthy documents and Insurance documents.

Both Ladies keep giving us incomplete information to process our applications, which is honestly frustrating. Their attitude towards us is appalling. The ladies there have no respect at all, and they are in total abuse of their power as these young boys try to apply.

I'm quite certain that not all the delivery bikes in Soweto are currently uninsured and still making deliveries, but we are trying by all means to follow the appropriate guidelines, yet we are still faced with such terrible service.
