I needed my outstanding purchases delivered immediately and have been asking for 2 months now. It is unfair and unacceptable that paid for items have not been returned to me although I had to drop them at their pick-up-point myself, when asking for a refund on the laptop purchased. It was denied and only the laptop given back without the charger[?] nor the speaker ear-buds, flash-drive, printer. Several communications and you have not remedied my query yet since late December 2022. I don't know where to collect or complain? because going to the pick-up point they say they did'nt keep my things and sent it to head-office. Facebook hasn't yielded the goods yet after sending several emails. Or should one get an affidavid at the police station as well?
