Unresponsive TakeAlot

I have been communicating with TakeAlot on X regarding an error I have been experiencing for months now and I was advised that I should email *** which I did and it’s been 3-4 weeks now and I’m yet to receive a response whatsoever. This is really disappointing and frustrating. Are you willing to help or not?
