Unresponsive customer support for serious issues

I've used Takealot a few times before, paying their high prices for the sake of convenience. But once something goes wrong, expect long silences from the customer support.

My last order, and the reason for writing this review I ordered a cellphone and a smar****ch and on delivery I received a single box - I signed for the products assuming both were inside this box that was definitely big enough to hold both.

But alas, only the smart watch was inside. It says it's been delivered on the website, so I've submitted a customer service request, to which I get an initial response requiring me to send pictures. I respond quickly, without response. I follow up the next day, no response. I submit a new ticket... No response as of yet.
