Unresponsive Customer Service & Unhelpful Returns Process

Extremely disappointed with Takealot. Bought an Oxygen that didn't work when I needed it, and return was denied. Even tried to return a chimney previously, spoke to a seller who didn't help, and Takealot hasn't responded to my emails. Very unhappy with the service and lack of support.
