Unresponsive credit department

Today is the 19th and my account still not credited since the March 12. I’m calling daily and being told it’s escalated and will be resolved by end of the day but nothing. The watch doesn’t sync automatically, I always need to go to the phone app so it updates workouts, weather and etc. please credit my account this morning so I can buy another brand.
