Unresolved shipping errors and lack of communication

I am writing this review to warn others of the substandard service at this establishment. We are currently in possession of the wrong item due to a recurring shipping error. Despite "jumping through hoops" to arrange an exchange, the company sent the same incorrect unit a second time. The lack of transparency is appalling. Staff have indicated that management avoids speaking with dissatisfied clients, which explains why our emails and requests for a resolution have gone unanswered. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then refuse to provide the basic service of delivery and correction. I expect an immediate response and a full resolution.
