Unresolved return with Takealot

Wrong item received on 25 Sept. Sneakers was not what I ordered. Returned it on 26 Sept and still trying to get refunded. After following up weekly it took them 3 weeks to tell me the warehouse said they received different items as returned, which is untrue and ironically worth more than the sneakers I returned. They can't sort it out and all you get is empty promised that they will follow up. So much for 'hassle free returns'!!
