Unresolved return

Trying to return an order of substandard quality. I advised Takealot via email that I had to go away on business and would be unavailable on my cell number and provided my husband's number as an alternative. My return wasn't collected and according to my account status is that the return has been resolved. I emailed their help desk and received an automated reply that an agent would contact me, no such luck. Fed up.
