Unresolved missing part

I am experiencing a frustrating issue where my e-mails are being ignored. My return was denied due to a missing part. I replaced the 'missing' part after a lecture on it was my responsibility to check all parts were in the box when I received the item. Explaining there was no defined number of parts listed on the box, was lectured again that all details are on Takealot's site. After replacing the 'missing' item, my device was fund faulty and replaced. When I received my replacement in a SEALED box - wait - there was a part short, according to the Takealot website. I notified Takealot and was advised my ticket would be escalated. Two weeks of following up and not a word. The item on the site still lists 5 parts, there were only 4 parts in the box.

The call center are unhelpful and e-mails are ignored.
