Unresolved complaint

Takealot delivered a Stanley Cup that arrived dented and unused, yet they are refusing the return because it was reported after their 30-day return window.

This ignores Sections of the Consumer Protection Act, which provide a 6-month warranty for defective goods regardless of internal retailer policies.

A damaged product on delivery is not of good quality under the CPA. I have requested a refund/replacement but was refused.
