Unreliable Website

<p>This is now the 5th time takealot.com has notified me my product will be available to pick up once payment is done. As always once takealothas my money the website changes the dates to much further away. I ordered a media player as i needed it the next day as a birthday gift. The website said ( AVAILABLE AT WAREHOUSE FOR PICK UP ) as i made payment the website said delay and product not available!!! this was usless as the gift was needed the next day for a birthday, I would not have made the purchase if it said otherwise. I was then told i must wait 7 days for my money back ( I only spent it due to false promise) it is rediculous that they make different promises once they have my money..If a customer is made a prmoise it must be seen out!!!!or atleast make a plan for instant refund..MYself and co-wrokers have had 10 incidence between us in the last month with this terrible company....Rather go buy at a shop that sticks to promises and delivery times...</p>
