This is the last time I buy something from this business.

Ordered a Xmas gift for my son, paid the express delivery fee and the was informed the parcel was rerouted.

It apparently takes working days to reroute a parcel which means the Xmas gift will be delivered on the 29th December.

If they can despatch an order from the DC and you pay express fee, they can to deliver the next day, but when they mess up it is 3 working days.

I now want to cancel the order so I can go buy the gift elsewhere now they are playing with words and cannot confirm that I will be refunded on my card again.

I am done with this brand as it has now happened one to many times.
