Unreliable service - waited at home for 3 days and nothing arrived when it was promised and STILL has not arrived

I am ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED at your service! I have been told that a parcel was to arrive the 2nd Jan, every day promised it would arrived and it doesn't. I have sat at home for 3 days and now today at 4pm I am told it will only arrive on MONDAY!!!!! You have complety messed me around and I am beyond MAD!!! I am a loyal customer and have spent a fortune at Takealot and this will defiantly make me rather shop at your competitors if you cannot be reliable
