Unreliable service from Takealot

Remind me to never order anything between November and January... Orders always come incomplete or delayed for days without any explanation. You are lucky to find an efficient customer care personnel as I spoke to two people who promised to assist only to find out from the third person that I have to start the process from scratch because the two people who tried to assist me did not do the correct thing... I am so close to stop purchasing anything from Takealot...
