Unreliable service delivery

I ordered and paid for my products and it was said to be delivered on the 4th of June, today is the 7th no delivery no communication nothing. I called they told me about courier company but hang up on me when I was supposed to get clarity on the new delivery date. Bad service and its for the second time, takealot must just say if they don't want us to buy anymore. You can't be treating us like we owe you or you doing us a favor
