Unreliable Service

Hi

I ordered a metal camp fold up table. Upon opening the package, I found that the table was scratched. Takealot collected the item & it was received at the warehouse on 17th of June. Since then, I have not received closure to my query. I initially opted for the option for the supplier to repair the table but got an email after that to notify me that my account was credited. First I requested for the item to be repaired but got a credit & then I requested for a refund but still didn't receive the funds.

Takealot used to provide reliable service but someone isn't doing their job well !! No one calls or emails to provide feedback. I am told by consultants that they will let me know what's happening but don't. Just like with other unreliable **** services in this country, TakeaLot seems to be following this poor service delivery !!
