UNRELIABLE SERVICE

on the 16th of November I ordered Logitech M175 Wireless Mouse - Black & adidas Climachil 5 Panel Cap - Order - *** , only to be notified on the 23rd of November that they are out of Stock they cannot deliver Logitech M175 Wireless Mouse and they recommended that I can order a different mouse, I then requested M185 mouse blue - Order - ***. Which has been paid already.<br> <br> Unfortunately when I look in to their website, it now says the Adidas Cap supplier is out of stock. When I check the delivery date on my profile it says 3rd February 2016. <br> <br> This is really unprofessional as I bought these things for an occasion set for the 26th of November 2015 which will just be an embarrassment for me to realise that I have not bought anything that was requested on a wish list.<br> <br> I am really disappointed by the service from [URL Removed] I used to respect them a lot due to their reliable and fast service but now they are loosing that reputation on daily basis. <br> <br> Its a living fact that the demand at takealot is exceeding the supply, but due to the greediness of the personnel and job insecurities by the employees they take orders they know they cannot fulfil. <br> <br> Regards<br> Disgruntled Customer
