Unreliable Information on Website

I purchased a dog bed on Takealot. On the website the size large dog bed was advertised as 75cm long. I arrived at Takealot warehouse in Cape Town yesterday to collect the bed, and when I got there it was half the size than expected! I told the person at the desk that it must be wrong as it was no where close to the size advertised. She said that because the label says Large there's nothing she can do. I decided to return it and was sent to the returns counter.

While I was at the counter, the person there asked if I wanted a refund. I said that I would prefer to get the correctly sized bed as advertised on the website. He agreed that would be the best option and suggested that I order a new one. I asked what guarantee I had that it would be the right size and he said there was no way to know. I wanted to know then if the website was just unreliable, and he said yes.

I am too nervous to order anything more from your website after this experience. I took time out of my day to drive all the way out to the warehouse, and this is the result. If your website is unreliable it really defeats the whole purpose of your service!
